Thank you so much, Ceri, for saving us from the breach. We had arranged for another caterer to provide two hot dishes for a relative's 90th Birthday party but they called a week before to say that they could no longer help me!! I called Ceri and told her what we were looking for and she gladly offered her services. The food was delivered piping hot to us just before our guests arrived. She placed the rice in her rice cooker and explained how to set it off about 30 minutes before we were ready to serve the meal. We did as she instructed and had delicious, hassle free rice to serve with the equally delicious food. All of our guests commented on how marvellous the food was. You really saved the day and we will definitely use you again and also recommend you as many times as possible. Thank you again. Amanda
