Papyrus Conference Warrington April 2017

Papyrus - a national Charity helping to prevent suicide in young people, held their final converence in the Town Hall in Warrington on 1st April. It was very well attended and at 1pm they broke for a buffet lunch that was provided by ourselves, Indulge Catering. We were asked to provide sandwiches, cold meats, quiches, salads, cakes and fruit and also have gluten free and vegan options available.

We arrived just after 12 noon to set up and had the buffet ready to go by 12.45

Sarah Blackie, Head of Operations in Warrington was very busy organising the whole event that we didn't hear from her in the week running up to the event. We joked about this when she came out of the meeting room and her comments for the buffet and the confidence she has in us to deliver what we promise can be seen below

Thank you so much for your contributions on Saturday. We had many compliments about the food and the service and again really appreciate your time and organisation for it.  As you said, I was totally relaxed about that part of the day which did indeed go like clockwork and you arrived exactly when you said you would and with such a lovely spread.  Great to work with you again.
