Phil's 50th Birthday Party at 101 Wine Bar, Stockton Heath

Phil asked me to cater for his 50th Birthday Celebrations at 101 wine bar on Saturday. There were 70 guests in total and they hired out one section of the bar. I provided the food and delivered the buffet to him for 6.30pm. He was delighted with the buffet and sent me this message:
